Linda Kimball sent me the link to an article posted on her website patriotsandliberty.com.

Following is an excerpt:

[...]

Then will come the time - months from now or perhaps a little longer - when the frenzy fades, the reality of Zero Failure starts setting in, and the fascist scapegoating begins. By that time, another layer of fascist legislation, bureaucracy, and regulation will be in place over the bottomless layers we have already. By that time, taxes will be more onerous and the economy will be more disastrous. It will be time for the GSY Revolution.

This is the Revolution of Non-Obedience. It is the revolution of ceasing to pay attention to fascist rules and regulations. The only way a vast number of businesses will have any chance of surviving will be to ignore government rules and regulations. The only way vast multitudes of individuals will have of avoiding poverty will be to do whatever it takes to prevent the government from stealing their money via taxes, fees, and fines.

You can expect a lot of folks in California, for example, to send an IOU to Sacramento instead of their state taxes this year, since that’s what they just got instead of a refund. Expect even more not to file at all.

At first it will be a silent rebellion. Sooner or later, however, some CEO or small business owner is going to get a letter from some bureaucrat saying he or his company is in violation of the Lily Ledbetter Fair Pay Act or some OSHA reg, and he is going to reply with a letter saying:

Dear Mr. Bureaucrat:

In regard to your letter of [date] saying we are in violation of [rule]:

GSY

Sincerely,

[...]

» Divinity is constantly evolving and growing, as the Universe does. In the fitness of things, Divinity can never be a closed chapter.

» We recognize that all religions are revealed religions and we must respect them and value the sentiments of different people following different religious faith.

» We recognize that human knowledge can be achieved by direct human experience, active-faith, logical reasoning, by intuition and by revelation. Faith and reason are thus complementary and not opposite to each other.

» We recognize that different religious books say the same thing differently. Hence it is futile to go by the particular words used in the religious scriptures. Attempt should always be made to decipher and understand the principles underlying them.

» Divinity has been revealed in bits to humanity, only as much as could be assimilated properly by human understanding at the given time. Therefore there can never by any last word in this aspect. It is the very nature of Divinity to reveal itself in an appropriate manner, when the situation so demands. Thus we should endeavor constantly to grasp the new message of divinity relevant for us at a given time, discuss the same with others on the anvil of reasoning and then accept the same.

» No religious text can contain the whole truth or the last word on divinity. Hence there is no need to stretch interpretations of the words used in them to include new concepts, or the old concepts in the new factual set-up.

» Statements about Divinity should be accepted on their worth, and not because they are quoted from a holy text, however prominent and distinguished .

» “Culture of Skepticism” is very strongly encouraged as a Secular Virtue. It is the duty of every individual to take active independent decision and not to accept/deny interpretation of religious books given by other persons, however eminent.

The Emergent Church is Communitarian. Associating everything with the New Age is misleading. It is equally misleading to limit the New Age to those aspiring to mysticism, spirituality, or higher consciousness. The New Age is everywhere around us. It is not a cult, it is mainstream society. According to Alice Bailey, the New Age agenda is being advanced by all segments of society, so when you think you have them located here, turn around and they are there too, wherever "there" is. Bailey identified two groups working together toward the objective, one spiritual and one material. She said: "The result of this dualism is the external chaos, the differentiation of the two group ideals into the many human experiments, and the resultant ranging of the entire human family under many banners, which testify to the various viewpoints in the many fields of thought - political, religious, economic, social, educational and philosophical." - The Destiny of Nations: Spiritual Life in the New Age.

The Church of the New Age is unified under the banner of Communitarianism and it is Secular Spiritualism. John Zogby wrote in his book America's Secular Spiritualists: "in the last decade more than 40% of people consistently relate to the American Dream primarily in spiritual terms. I call them "Secular Spiritualists." John Zogby cleverly avoids using the terms New Age or Communitarian, but his Report The Way We'll Be tracks the Transformation of the American Dream, one of the key New Age objectives.

Secular Spiritualism is obvious in the newly formed Communitarian Party. I recently discovered The Consensus Party in Europe. There is more about this in my update on the Dialectic Tetrad. It really goes beyond Communitarianism, but it remains to be seen what it will be called. The New Age calls it the "Transformation", while its the "Transcendent" phase in the dialectic. In any case, when its fully accomplished, all the glitter will come off. I wonder how long it will be before Obama announces his new affiliation with the Communitarian Party?

FDR's unconstitutional New Deal initiatives to balance our rights with New Deal objectives established several federal agencies to implement and enforce the new federal laws. These agencies exercised powers not granted to the three branches of government by the Constitution. The number of agencies eventually grew to 55. FDR established the President's Committee on Administrative Management in 1936 to reign in a "headless 'fourth branch' of government". He established the Attorney General's Committee on Administrative Procedure in 1939. The committee was charged with the responsibility of reviewing the criticisms of the federal administrative processes and formulating recommendations for improvement. The committee issued its recommendations in 1941, but WWII caused passage to be delayed until 1946 when Congress enacted the Administrative Procedure Act. In 1947, the Department of Justice issued the Attorney General's Manual on the Administrative Procedure Act.

The Administrative Procedure Act, rather than being a guardian of our constitutional rights, attempted to define the limits on federal intrusion. In other words, it leagalized federal intrusion on our constitutional rights. Nearly all of those agencies which were controlled by the APA were roled into Homeland security via the Patriot Acts I & II following 9/11/2001. The Real ID Act of 2005 then gave Homeland Security the authority to waive not only the Administrative Procedure Act, but any other federal law which specified limits on its power.

In other words, all of the subversive New Deal laws, as well as all of the provisions of the Patriot Acts, and Homeland Security, extend federal authority over and above every constitutional limit, and especially our Bill of Rights.

Homeland Security not only acts with all the authority of an unconstitutional "fourth branch of government", it is part of NorthCom, a military command extending control over all of North America, and through it acts with dictatorial power under the Commander In Chief, the President of the United States.

In early January of 2007 American backed Warlords invaded Samolia and drove out the rulling Islamic Courts Union which had stablized Somalia after 16 years of utter lawlessness.

In an article posted at TomPaine.com, which I posted at Congregator.net on Jan. 9, 2007, Salim Lone wrote in American-Backed Warlords Invade Somalia:

With these developments, the Bush administration, undeterred by the horrors and setbacks in Iraq, Afghanistan and Lebanon, has opened another battlefront in this volatile quarter of the Muslim world. As with Iraq, it casts this illegal war as a way to curtail terrorism, but its real goal appears to be to obtain a direct foothold in a highly strategic area of the world through a client regime. The results could destabilize the whole region.

In December of 2008, the results of that invasion is having its expected effect in the area. This is not a by-product of the war on terrorism. Rather, the exact opposite is true. This pirating off the Samoli coast IS Western sponsored International Terrorism. For what other reason would the ship owner's pay the requested ransoms? Western antagonism against Islam began with the collapse of the British Empire, and these kinds of actions against Islam is responsible for Islam's reaction. Just as when Israel invaded Palistine, resistance was the expected result. The British have a long history of piracy on the high seas, and their fingerprint is all over this outbreak. Everyone knows it and thats why nothing is being done about it.

Gregory Viscusi has the story on Bloomberg.com, Somali Pirates Thrive After U.S. Helped Oust Their Islamic Foes, but he is mistaken thinking that its "an unintended consequence of the U.S.’s war on terror".

PRESS RELEASE

LaRouche: From Fear To Panic As Derivatives Crash Hits

Nov. 21 (EIRNS)—This release was issued today by the Lyndon LaRouche Political Action Committee (LPAC).

Lyndon LaRouche today declared that leading bankers and government officials have gone "from fear to panic," as the next phase of the total disintegration of the global financial system hits. "We are now seeing the blowout of the multi-trillion dollar derivatives bubble," and this is what is driving the panic, LaRouche explained.

As of the end of June 2008, official figures, compiled by the U.S. Comptroller of the Currency, showed a total derivatives exposure of the three largest U.S. bank holding companies—JP Morgan Chase, Citicorp and Bank of America—stood at more than $179 trillion. And the Bank for International Settlements put the amount of documented outstanding derivatives contracts worldwide at the end of 2007 at $675 trillion—still a fraction of the actual exposure.

During November, investors in hedge funds had the opportunity to withdraw their cash, without penalty, and this factor, on top of the already onrushing unraveling of the derivatives bubble, is playing out. LaRouche noted that every major financial institution of the United States, Europe and Asia is tied up in the derivatives collapse, but no one has a clear picture of the exposure of the other financial institutions.

"This is the big explosion, detonating right now," LaRouche warned. "And so far, I am offering the only coherent solution—bankruptcy reorganization of the entire global financial system—starting with the cancellation of all derivatives obligations. My solution poses an existential threat to the entire Anglo-Dutch financial system of globalization. I know it, many leading bankers and government officials around the world know it, and, of course, the British know it. This is why the fear has turned to outright panic. We are nearing the showdown moment."

In my previous post, I wondered why a site search of Sovereignty International's website returned no results for  'Communitarianism'. I subsequently addressed that question to Henry Lamb, and the following is his reply in part:

"As to your question about why I do not use the term  “Communitarianism:”  the answer is, It has never occurred to me." - Henry Lamb , www.sovereignty.net

I asked that question on September 06, 2008. The whole discussion is reproduced at congregator.net, My E-mail Discussion With Henry Lamb. Then on the 13th, Henry published his very first article using the word communitarianism, An unseen enemy of freedom.

Wonder if he'll ever use it in his anti-sustainable development argument.

Whats wrong with sustainable development anyway?

By Floy Lilley, J.D.
December 9, 2004

In civil society we listen to each other. We take each other seriously. And, every now and then we understand each other.

In that spirit listen closely to what the President of COP 10, Gines Garcia told over 5,300 attendees:

The need for players in the economy to apply their creativity and ingenuity to the achievment of a new technological revolution that may support the welfare of the citizens and their prosperity in a path of sustainable development is the subject of discussion. Some accuse development, but it is a false notion that it is the cause of pollution; we believe rather that the problem lies in the technology used for such development.

We are listening to you, Garcia. We do understand. Do you?

Garcia, whose day job is being the minister of Health and Environment for Argentina, is close to accuracy when he sees the role that technology can play in peoples' behaviors. Buckminster Fuller had that same vision. However, Garcia's words display a false belief that citizens are somehow not part of the creative human action scenario. He appears to see creative energies as existing only in some supra-souls, some "players in the economy."

Garcia's words imply that, as separate and apart beings, economic magicians can simply be called in to clean up any mess the gangsters of collectivism have made. Always on tight leashes, of course. Notice that the assumption here, as prevalent elsewhere, is that markets can simply be ordered to produce.

But serfs are not creators. When citizens are straightjacketed by suffocating interventions by the state they do not have the essentials to produce anything. Only the evolved functional utility of private property ever supported the creative process. It is only individuals –ordinary citizens– who create, not Boards and Councils.

When Garcia refers to "the change of climate problem," his economic views put him in infamous, if not famous, company. No less than Tony Blair now and Bill Clinton whenever possible have held the same impossible mixed economy views. They termed it "the Third Way." But, the Third Way was always and everywhere simply socialism cross-dressing as capitalism. Mixed economies can exist well for no longer than females can be just a little bit pregnant.

If technology offers positive direction, then the bad boy United States will progress faster than the ratifiers of the Kyoto Protocol. The European Union boasts of contributing 369 Million dollars to the Convention on Climate Change program. That will be as useful as aid to dictators is today.

Although the current reality of taxation in the USA simply takes from producers and redistributes to favored entitled groups, nonetheless the figure that our government is spending on key technological climate change efforts is a monumental $3,000 Million each year.

As it has been mentioned, the United States has chosen a different path. The possibility exists that some of that stolen production, from taxpayers, will find its way into individual hands which can actually create substitute resources and opportunities for all humankind, on the incentive of self-interest.

If humans are going to be pregnant, let us not be just a little bit pregnant. Let us proudly birth a dignified market economy for free peoples everywhere. Do you understand now, Garcia?

- SOURCE...

This is the only  mention of Third Way @ Sovereignty.net. Its an interesting definition, but it misses the point that its the method leading to socialism, not the fact of socialism. The word Communitarianism is never used, and Amitai Etzioni is never named.

Why not?

I think I'll ask them.

A Review by Henry Lamb

It's not the black helicopters, or blue-helmeted troops that should concern Americans, it is the century-long campaign to develop a world government that should alarm every citizen.

Bob Hillmann's outstanding research report is a compelling demonstration of the motive, the people, the program, and the progress this campaign has made. His excellent documentation (395 endnotes) provides authoritative references for every fact and conclusion he reports.

"Reinventing Government" is not just a cutsie name dreamed up by Al Gore to describe what he did to the federal government. It is a disciplined process, lifted from industry, to create "fundamental change, rapid progress toward radical goals" employing the use of "selective" information.

The process utilizes "slow targets," the deliberate, rather silent, development of goals and strategies, and "fast bullets," rapid implementation of activities to achieve the goals.

Hillmann begins with the philosophical motivations that inspired Cecil Rhodes, and traces his development of the Milner group in England. He provides a fascinating study of the League of Nations, and the reaction caused by the U.S. failure to ratify the world government plan.

The creation of the Council on Foreign Relations and the Royal Institute of Foreign Affairs in Europe, were both the direct result of U.S. non-ratification. These institutions, along with other socialist groups, were created expressly to prepare Americans, and the world, to accept a world government, Hillmann says.

These groups permeated the Roosevelt administration and some of the same people who devised the League of Nations were instrumental in the development of the post-war United Nations.

Hillmann goes into some detail about the efforts to revise the history books. He quotes extensively from personal letters of Quincy Wright, of the University of Chicago, in correspondence with the Institute of Pacific Relations, another group spawned by the failure of the League of Nations. Systematic and deliberate efforts to rewrite history books to promote a global agenda have been underway for more than a half-century, according to Hillmann's findings.

Recent efforts at history revision include removing reference to great American Heroes, such as Jefferson and Lincoln, and instead, discussing the contributions of such heroes as Rachel Carson and Jane Goodal. Events such as the Boston Tea Party are being removed, and events such as the Greenpeace protests of nuclear power plants discussed.

Hillmann brings the enlightenment through the Clinton/Gore administration, with their "sustainable" agenda, and into the Bush administration. His work does more to remove the shroud of mystery around U.N. influence than any other work of its kind.

The book is not an opinion piece; it is a scholarly research document, with evidence that can be presented to any court of public opinion. It is a book that should be required reading in every high school and university in this country. It should be read by every American.

(This book is no longer in print, but both special reports, "The Rise of Global Governance," and "The Rise of Global Green Religion" are available in the eco-logic on-line Member's archives).
