Over the last two decades a great debate has occurred over whether Global Warming exists or not. The Pro-warming group did not have sufficient data to prove their point other than computer predictions and a "concensus of scientists." The Anti-warming group knew that the theory was not possible, but they also could not prove it. What they didn't know was that the rules for calculating atmospheric gases had been arbitrarily changed by a hoax. What follows exposes the hoax.

In 1976, the U.S. government issued a standard reference manual called "The U.S. Standard Atmosphere 1976." This large reference contains all the information about the atmosphere of earth, and has since then been used by all scientists such as environmentalists, space researchers, and geo-physicists.

The previous edition, before the beginning of the space age, "The U.S. Standard Atmosphere 1965" was based on decades of data collected by thousands of researchers using balloons. That extensive balloon data showed that the components of the atmosphere were not equally distributed. Heavier gases such as, argon, carbon dioxide and freon, were mostly found down near the ground. While the much lighter components, such as hydrogen and helium floated up through the atmosphere to the top and disappeared into space.

In the 1976 edition, all that pre-space age balloon data was completely discarded, even though the manual said that the older data was incorporated into the 1976 models. But that claim was false. In 1976 the older data was replaced with the false claim that in the troposphere all the gases are uniformly distributed. This false claim constitutes "scientific fraud." Based on this 1976 fraud, later theories in the 1980's were proposed that heavy gases such as carbon dioxide and freon, could climb very high in the atmosphere.

That was the basis for the false claim that very heavy CFC's could "float" up to the stratosphere and destroy the Ozone Layer. Also based on the false 1976 data, it was claimed that heavy carbon dioxide could float high in the atmosphere and create a "green house gas layer" which would cause Global Warming.

Both of these false scientific theories are based on the fraudulent data in the 1976 scientific reference manual. The perpetrators of that scientific hoax, so far have made over 60 billion dollars in fraudulent profits. With the implementation of the Kyoto Treaty, the perpetrators could earn as much as half a trillion dollars, taken out of your pocket, based on a hoax.

Yesterday (28th), I sent an update to my email recipients list on the Global Warming Game in which I wrote: "The public debate concerning Global Warming is over. The new strategy is to move Global Warming to the political arena where votes and influence can be coerced or purchased for a price." Later, the Climatic Research Unit (CRU) announced that it would publish the "raw data" which supported all of  it's reports to the IPCC.

Now today (29th), they admit to throwing away the raw data.

"The data were gathered from weather stations around the world and then adjusted to take account of variables in the way they were collected. The revised figures were kept, but the originals — stored on paper and magnetic tape — were dumped to save space when the CRU moved to a new building."

A statement on  the CRU website said: “We do not hold the original raw data but only the value-added data.” The "value-added data" is of course, the cooked consensus values allegedly derived from the raw data, but information among the leaked emails implied that even the program used to process that raw data was so poorly documented that the value added data could not be duplicated.

One of my readers just informed me that the Dalai Lama is now calling for a political solution. "The world's leaders must prioritize the issue of global warming above all else".

The email leak called Climategate was a deceptive move to conceal the fact that the Global Warming agenda will be carried forward in the political arena which the people have long since lost control of.

The public debate is over.

The proof will come out of Copenhagen next month.

My opinions about the way the world works have changed dramatically since I began my investigations. I attribute that to my commitment to discovering the real truth no matter what it proves to be and adapting to it. My determination comes from many years of being misguided and misdirected by numerous well meaning people as well as some who proved to be rather devious. I finally reached a point where I decided to draw my line in the sand indicating the limits for all liars and their lies.

In order to successfully defend that line, it was necessary to develop a better understanding of liars and the methods they use to propagate their lies. That led to some very interesting and surprising discoveries which I wrote about in Tools of Deception. Adam for example did not recognize Eve as a liar, yet he believed her story and was just as badly deceived as she had been. He was likewise equally guilty of the same crime. They both received the same sentence of death because of their complicity in believing and propagating the original lie.

People may argue that they refuse to accept the Genesis account, but they are at a complete loss to refute the pattern of a lie as depicted there. Denials of the Genesis narrative are varied and colorful, but in the six years since I first published this understanding of complicity, no one has made any serious attempt to argue the point. No one has been able to identify another cause of adult ignorance (induced by deception) which covers and justifies every belief of a lie.

It is never my intent to offend anyone, and yet many have been offended, but that cannot be my concern. Any search for the truth becomes disingenuous and ineffective if it discriminates between which lies it will accept. Zero tolerance is the essential rule to apply.

With the publication of this article, I am defending that line in the sand whatever the cost. The Emergent Church is Communitarian. Associating everything with the New Age is misleading. It is equally misleading to limit the New Age to those aspiring to mysticism, spirituality, or higher consciousness. The New Age is everywhere around us. It is not a cult, it is mainstream society. According to Alice Bailey, the New Age agenda is being advanced by all segments of society, so when you think you have them located here, turn around and they are there too, wherever "there" is. Bailey identified two groups working together toward the objective, one spiritual and one material. She said: "The result of this dualism is the external chaos, the differentiation of the two group ideals into the many human experiments, and the resultant ranging of the entire human family under many banners, which testify to the various viewpoints in the many fields of thought - political, religious, economic, social, educational and philosophical." - The Destiny of Nations: Spiritual Life in the New Age.

The Church of the New Age is unified under the banner of Communitarianism and it is Secular Spiritualism. John Zogby wrote in his book America's Secular Spiritualists: "in the last decade more than 40% of people consistently relate to the American Dream primarily in spiritual terms. I call them "Secular Spiritualists." John Zogby cleverly avoids using the terms New Age or Communitarian, but his Report The Way We'll Be tracks the Transformation of the American Dream, one of the key New Age objectives.

Secular Spiritualism is obvious in the newly formed Communitarian Party. I recently discovered The Consensus Party in Europe. There is more about this in my update on the Dialectic Tetrad. It really goes beyond Communitarianism, but it remains to be seen what it will be called. The New Age calls it the "Transformation", while its the "Transcendent" phase in the dialectic. In any case, when its fully accomplished, all the glitter will come off. I wonder how long it will be before Obama announces his new affiliation with the Communitarian Party?

FDR's unconstitutional New Deal initiatives to balance our rights with New Deal objectives established several federal agencies to implement and enforce the new federal laws. These agencies exercised powers not granted to the three branches of government by the Constitution. The number of agencies eventually grew to 55. FDR established the President's Committee on Administrative Management in 1936 to reign in a "headless 'fourth branch' of government". He established the Attorney General's Committee on Administrative Procedure in 1939. The committee was charged with the responsibility of reviewing the criticisms of the federal administrative processes and formulating recommendations for improvement. The committee issued its recommendations in 1941, but WWII caused passage to be delayed until 1946 when Congress enacted the Administrative Procedure Act. In 1947, the Department of Justice issued the Attorney General's Manual on the Administrative Procedure Act.

The Administrative Procedure Act, rather than being a guardian of our constitutional rights, attempted to define the limits on federal intrusion. In other words, it leagalized federal intrusion on our constitutional rights. Nearly all of those agencies which were controlled by the APA were roled into Homeland security via the Patriot Acts I & II following 9/11/2001. The Real ID Act of 2005 then gave Homeland Security the authority to waive not only the Administrative Procedure Act, but any other federal law which specified limits on its power.

In other words, all of the subversive New Deal laws, as well as all of the provisions of the Patriot Acts, and Homeland Security, extend federal authority over and above every constitutional limit, and especially our Bill of Rights.

Homeland Security not only acts with all the authority of an unconstitutional "fourth branch of government", it is part of NorthCom, a military command extending control over all of North America, and through it acts with dictatorial power under the Commander In Chief, the President of the United States.

LaRouche: From Fear To Panic As Derivatives Crash Hits

Nov. 21 (EIRNS)—This release was issued today by the Lyndon LaRouche Political Action Committee (LPAC).

Lyndon LaRouche today declared that leading bankers and government officials have gone "from fear to panic," as the next phase of the total disintegration of the global financial system hits. "We are now seeing the blowout of the multi-trillion dollar derivatives bubble," and this is what is driving the panic, LaRouche explained.

As of the end of June 2008, official figures, compiled by the U.S. Comptroller of the Currency, showed a total derivatives exposure of the three largest U.S. bank holding companies—JP Morgan Chase, Citicorp and Bank of America—stood at more than $179 trillion. And the Bank for International Settlements put the amount of documented outstanding derivatives contracts worldwide at the end of 2007 at $675 trillion—still a fraction of the actual exposure.

During November, investors in hedge funds had the opportunity to withdraw their cash, without penalty, and this factor, on top of the already onrushing unraveling of the derivatives bubble, is playing out. LaRouche noted that every major financial institution of the United States, Europe and Asia is tied up in the derivatives collapse, but no one has a clear picture of the exposure of the other financial institutions.

"This is the big explosion, detonating right now," LaRouche warned. "And so far, I am offering the only coherent solution—bankruptcy reorganization of the entire global financial system—starting with the cancellation of all derivatives obligations. My solution poses an existential threat to the entire Anglo-Dutch financial system of globalization. I know it, many leading bankers and government officials around the world know it, and, of course, the British know it. This is why the fear has turned to outright panic.
