We Believe Statement

There are certain beliefs that we as Council members share that underlie all of our agreements. We believe:

1. To achieve our vision of sustainable development, some things must grow--jobs, productivity, wages, capital and savings, profits, information, knowledge, and education--and others--pollution, waste, and poverty--must not.


2. Change is inevitable and necessary for the sake of future generations and for ourselves. We can choose a course for change that will lead to the mutually reinforcing goals of economic growth, environmental protection, and social equity.


3. Steady progress in reducing disparities in education, opportunity, and environmental risk within society is essential to economic growth, environmental health, and social justice.


4. The United States made great progress in protecting the environment in the last 25 years, and must continue to make progress in the next 25 years. We can achieve that goal because market incentives and the power of consumers can lead to significant improvements in environmental performance at less cost.


5. Economic growth based on technological innovation, improved efficiency, and expanding global markets is essential for progress toward greater prosperity, equity, and environmental quality.


6. Environmental regulations have improved and must continue to improve the lives of all Americans. Basic standards of performance that are clear, fair, and consistently enforced remain necessary to protect that progress. The current regulatory system should be improved to deliver required results at lower costs. In addition, the system should provide enhanced flexibility in return for superior environmental performance.


7. Environmental progress will depend on individual, institutional, and corporate responsibility, commitment, and stewardship.


8. We need a new collaborative decision process that leads to better decisions; more rapid change; and more sensible use of human, natural, and financial resources in achieving our goals.

In all the problems facing the world today, there is one common factor which is often overlooked. Tyranny! Merriam Webster Online defines tyranny as "oppressive power", especially when that power is exerted by government. It could also be "the office, authority, and administration of a tyrant", or "a rigorous condition imposed by some outside agency or force". The latter of course may be the most subtle and this is the particular nature of the tyranny under consideration here.

We tend to naively think of tyranny as the product of a foreign dictator, or a rogue group of militants. Often that tendency is encouraged by active promotion of such outlandish ideas as a terrorist organization headed up by a vagabond hermit who possesses high technologies which allow him to out maneuver the military defenses of super powers and outwit the (alleged) greatest military intellectuals in all of recorded history, and to do so successfully for a period of many years.

Rarely do we consider that much of what we see and feel in our everyday lives is the result of tyranny within our own social environment. There are many tyrannies which go unnoticed simply because they are so deeply ingrained in the social fabric. There's tyranny of the mob that we otherwise know as democracy as it is shaped by opinion polls, and reflected in pressures to conform to societies rules. The tyranny of political correctness, or the tyranny of the amoral judgments of society are some examples of largely self inflicted social tyrannies. To wit: Many advocates of a cause may often come under the tyranny imposed by their own actions, but fail to recognize it as such because it comes as an unintended consequence, and one which may easily be blamed on others. The "others" however, may be of the same or similar group but coordinated by still others above each of those groups.

In addition to tyrannies imposed by interest groups, tyranny may develop spontaneously within a society which fails to successfully meet its challenges. It should also be noted that a tyranny may be developed on purpose by a dedicated group which promotes the conditions which cause it to appear to develop spontaneously, i.e. "feelings of insecurity and inadequacy". This could be done by first introducing the challenges (example: the 1960's counter-culture), and then promoting bogus, ineffective responses, such as a War On [Poverty], [Crime], [Drugs], [Terror], or better yet, all of the above.

The emergence of tyranny therefore begins with challenges to a group, develops into general feelings of insecurity and inadequacy, and falls into a pattern in which some individuals assume the role of "father" to the others, who willingly submit to becoming dependent "children" of such persons if only they are reassured that a more favorable outcome will be realized. This pattern of co-dependency is pathological, and generally results in decision making of poor quality that makes the situation even worse, but, because the pattern is pathological, instead of abandoning it, the co-dependents repeat their inappropriate behavior to produce a vicious spiral that, if not interrupted, can lead to total breakdown of the group and the worst of the available outcomes. Principles of Tyranny, by Jon Roland

As most of you know, I began investing the cause of the worlds problems in 1994 with severely limited time and other resources. I knew that deception would be a key component, and before I could make sense of anything else, I would first need to understand how it works. Obviously there would be no need for deception if there were not very much more to the story. I had vague ideas of what it might be, but I tried to refrain from drawing conclusions until I gain more understanding. I remain convinced that an open mind is essential to gaining any new knowledge.

My investigation took a big leap when I finally got hooked up to the Internet at my home in 2002. I had been online at my place of work beginning in 1996, but needed to take care to avoid abusing the privilege. Then in May or June of 2003, I joined a forum where I tested some of my discoveries against what I now know was a New Age audience. In fact the host of the forum was the Astrophysicist and Magician, Michael St. Clair. I selected that venue because I recognized it as representing what I considered to be the "dark side" in spite (or because) of their professions of seeing the Light. I worked there covertly never divulging my true purpose. It was a very interesting and productive adventure because both St.Clair and myself had military experience in intelligence operations, and as he tested me to discover my agenda, he needed to reveal things which would have taken much longer for me to discover otherwise. After about three months, he declared the "end of belief" and soon afterward closed the forum. I then started congregator.net in October.

Since then I have found that many others had been doing their own more or less parallel investigation. By the time I discovered the New Age Movement and realized that it lay at the very center of everything that has happened in this world since at least the early 1930's, I began finding that several others had reached the same or similar conclusion by their own independent investigations. Constance Cumbey, Dennis Cuddy and Berit Kjos to name a few.

Now add to that short list, Warren Smith, who as you will see has authored numerous books on the subject (How could I have missed this?). Today, thanks to one of my alert readers, I have found "Reinventing Jesus Christ, the New Gospel" which you can read online or download in pdf to read offline. To get you started, I'm including an excerpt from the epilogue update (I always start with the back cover). I think this illustrates very well why the subject is so difficult to broach with most people. We simply do not understand the power of deception, and refuse to believe that we could possible be affected by it.

My purpose at congregator.net is to prove the fallacy of that thinking. Once again, may I remind you: Do not believe any of this! The knowledge you will gain is so much better.

We grapple for ways to explain it, and we may invent some of the terminology but we do not invent the phenomena. For our efforts to resist assimilation into the group hive, we are marginalized, ridiculed, isolated, and labeled. Almost any label will suffice to brand an outsider as a predator of some kind and a suitable target for alignment in the crosshairs.

Some of us have figured out and understand very well, that this current social revolution which began in the 1950/60 period, is not happening along anything like normal or natural processes such as the turning of the seasons. Its an orchestrated fabrication built on love and light and the common good, but it will ultimately be enforced by violent action which we are already witnessing in the form of land use restrictions, anti terrorism laws and powerful organizations such as the EPA, DEA, FEMA, Law Enforcement and Homeland Security to name a few.

Yes, the LightBringers and the Water Carriers are followed by the jackbooted power brokers.

The revolution is not just the New Age Movement. It is that plus all of which includes the Unitarian Movement, the Ascension Movement, the Higher Consciousness Movement, the Spiritual Renewal Movement. Its Religious Fundamentalism, Paganism, Zionism, Hinduism, Taoism, Buddhism, and all the other religious isms. Its Patriotism, Nationalism, Liberalism, Conservatism, and Globalism. Its Evolution, World Psychology, Ecology, Psychological Operations, Conspiracies and Deceptions. Its Environmentalism, Sustainable Development, UN Agenda 21, Local Agenda 21, Communism, Communitarianism, Consensus based Science and Climate Change.

Its the function of the Dualities.

And yes, I rightfully fear it, but it is not the morbid dread which I am often accused of. My fear is a natural, healthy survival instinct which prompts me to take evasive action. It causes me to marvel at the way I am made with attributes reflecting the magnificent qualities of a loving Creator, the source of all life.

Following are Michael Hoffman's concluding comments on the pathological self-fulfilling prophecy of antisemitism which defines Israel's pepetual conflict with its neighbors and indeed the world:

As a student of Judaism this writer knows something of the rabbinic mentality which pounds into the heads of every Judaic child from his earliest years the notion that non-Judaics hate him without rhyme or reason and that this hatred is ineradicable. The Arab (if indeed it was an Arab) who shot up the Talmud school in Jerusalem, only confirmed the rabbis' prediction. A pathological prophecy is thus fulfilled. Since the post-modernist West is itself heavily Talmudic through Freemasonry, the Kabbalistic New Age movements, the neocon Right and the Bolshevised Left, the higher proportion of Arab civilian victims of Talmudic ideology are not mourned the way the handful of Israeli victims are mourned. The general impression conveyed by the media is that Judaics are the King Lears of the Levant, more sinned against, than sinning.

Violent Muslim resistance is an adjunct of Kabbalistic Judaism in its Hester Panim guise. Though still a few weeks away, we note that the attack in Jerusalem occurred close enough to the holiday of Purim to cause the students in the yeshiva to believe that the first shots fired by the assailant were the sounds of celebratory Purim firecrackers.

Judaism is not a normal enemy, it is an exceptional recrudescence of the guile and cunning synthesized from the accumulated intelligence of the eternal pagan psychodrama on which it is based. It cannot be fought with carnal weapons. It advances with each assault from those very weapons. The Muslims do not possess this higher awareness and thus are fated to forever fulfill the role assigned to them by Kabbalistic choreography, as partners in the rabbinic danse macabre.

So: After the fact, Colombia justifies its attempt to provoke a border war as a way to stop the threat of WMDs! Uh, where have we heard that before?

The US press snorted up this line about Chavez’ $300 million to “terrorists” quicker than the young Bush inhaling Colombia’s powdered export.

What the US press did not do is look at the evidence, the email in the magic laptop. (Presumably, the FARC leader’s last words were, “Listen, my password is ….”)

I read them. (You can read them here) While you can read it all in español, here is, in translation, the one and only mention of the alleged $300 million from Chavez:

“… With relation to the 300, which from now on we will call “dossier,” efforts are now going forward at the instructions of the boss to the cojo [slang term for ‘cripple’], which I will explain in a separate note. Let’s call the boss Ángel, and the cripple Ernesto.”

Got that? Where is Hugo? Where’s 300 million? And 300 what? Indeed, in context, the note is all about the hostage exchange with the FARC that Chavez was working on at the time (December 23, 2007) at the request of the Colombian government.

Indeed, the entire remainder of the email is all about the mechanism of the hostage exchange. Here’s the next line:
“To receive the three freed ones, Chavez proposes three options: Plan A. Do it to via of a ‘humanitarian caravan’; one that will involve Venezuela, France, the Vatican[?], Switzerland, European Union, democrats [civil society], Argentina, Red Cross, etc.”

As to the 300, I must note that the FARC’s previous prisoner exchange involved 300 prisoners. Is that what the ‘300’ refers to? ¿Quien sabe? Unlike Uribe, Bush and the US press, I won’t guess or make up a phastasmogoric story about Chavez mailing checks to the jungle.

To bolster their case, the Colombians claim, with no evidence whatsoever, that the mysterious “Angel” is the code name for Chavez. But in the memo, Chavez goes by the code name … Chavez.

Well, so what? This is what . . . .
